Throughout his career, Dr. Scott has combined clinical excellence with a passion for mentorship and community engagement. After serving our country as a United States Marine, he pursued his dental education at Meharry Medical College before completing his specialty training in Periodontics at the University of Florida. Today, he provides advanced periodontal and dental implant care to patients throughout Central Florida while remaining deeply committed to giving back.
One of the ways that commitment comes to life is through The Education Equalizer Foundation. Through the Foundation’s First-Generation Doctors Program, aspiring students gain hands-on exposure to careers in dentistry by shadowing specialists, engaging with mentors, and exploring educational pathways that many never imagined were possible.
Within the profession, Dr. Scott is equally passionate about supporting colleagues, advancing organized dentistry, and advocating for excellence in patient care. His leadership reflects a belief that the greatest impact comes from lifting others while continuing to grow yourself.
