Dr. Carjie Scott’s work sits at the intersection of education and entrepreneurship. Over the past two decades, she has led enrollment management, recruitment, and digital engagement initiatives at colleges and universities, HBCUs, and trade schools. She is the founding partner of Clermont Periodontics and Implant Center, their family’s periodontal surgical practice. Her family also established The Education Equalizer Foundation to expand college access, mentorship, healthcare career exposure, and scholarship opportunities for students and families. Dr. Scott earned a Doctor of Education in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in English for Corporate Communications and Management from Christian Brothers University. She also completed a graduate certificate through the Executive Leadership Institute at Clark Atlanta University.
